Adedeji has had his Human resources experience from the Private sector including Banking, Telecommunications, Real Estate and Non-Government Organizations. His expertise is in Manpower resourcing, Performance management, Training and Organizational development. He was the Regional Human Resource Manager for Intercontinental Bank Plc and Senior Manager Human Resources for ISON BPO; a partner of Airtel Telecommunications. He holds a Masters’ degree in Managerial Psychology from University of Ibadan and a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management. He has pioneered many projects both in the corporate and government establishment. He is presently the Principal consultant for SEGC.

Lanre Ogunbanjo B.Sc., M.Sc.

Stella attended the University of Nigeria Nsukka where she obtained a BA (Education) in English Language and Literature. She holds a Msc. in Human Resource Management and has been certified by both the University of Cambridge and the International TEFL Teacher Training institute as a teacher and trainer.
Stella has over 10 years’ experience in the banking sector and has, at different times therein, occupied supervisory positions in customer care, internal control, marketing and HR. She has a love for people and a passion for knowledge.
She is the principal consultant of LSDC and a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), CCI (Customer Care Institute), Toastmasters International and BPW (International Federation of Business and Professional Women).
